SES Literacy Tutor
Reporting to the SES Program Specialists, this position is responsible for tutoring academically at-risk students perform better in school by providing literacy/reading tutoring. Specifically, tutors will be working with 1 to 3 students from Kindergarten through eighth grade students in the student’s home or at a community site.
Fitness/Enrichment Instructor
Reporting to the After School Program Manager, this position is responsible for helping academically at-risk students perform better in school by providing fun and engaging enrichment activities in Reading and Beyond’s after school program. Specifically, instructors will be working with groups of 20-40 Kindergarten through sixth grade students at school site.
Childcare Site Aide
Under the direction of the Childcare Site Coordinator, this position is responsible for the general supervision and management of children aged infant through secondary school-age. The position requires the delivery of enrichment and educational activities among children placed in the childcare area, as well as assisting the Site Coordinator in related activities.
Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for daily operations including oversight of programs, contract compliance, program-budgeted expenditures, and field staff supervision. The Administrative Manager will report to the Executive Director, with whom he/she will work closely.
